Probably....if you are certain the existing carpet is 16oz. I would hope 20, but I honestly don't know what they used in 93.

I guess you could "shave" some around the lids if there was an issue with 20 oz....

Were you able to save the aluminum stripping?

    Re: Champion Carpet (axis)

I'm having 24 oz installed on a '98 203. the installer mentioned the lids may be a little tight at first, but the fabric will flatten a bit with time. I doubt 20 will be any issue.

I sure hope so!!! I really have begged Champ to go back to that classy trim!!!

I love my 198, but sure wish it had the aluminum trim....Thank heaven they still did the rope rub rail for my rig!!!! Wish they would go back to that on the newer rigs!!!!

I just got the first photo's of my finished 203. 24 oz. carpet from Basscat and it turned out pretty nice. Compartments are a little snug but still function, and as time compresses the carpet, should get easier. Oh, and I got the seats redone too, a new color scheme to match the color line. I think it turned out really well.

Where did you have your seats redone? That looks great. Is that carpet the 24 oz Ash from BassCat?

That is the Gunmetal 24 oz Basscat carpet. I had the seats done at Anglers Marine in San Diego.
