Ever have Mark work on your prop?

What kind of improvement's have you seen with Mark's prop work?

Specifically his handy work on props used on Champions?

Sent him a 26 Tempest Plus. Had it B&B. Lift was much better than before. Boat also handled and rode smoother. RPM was the same and gained 2 mph (maybe).

Have thought about sending him a 25 Tempest plus to B&B and add some cup to, but haven't gotten around to it.

    I have a 200 Elite, 225 Merc Pro XS

Turn around time is awesome. In and out in 24 hours.

I had a similar experience. I tore the prop up a few trips after getting my 26 tempest worked though Mark is good to work with

I have told by a BBC member via IM that max gain on a Champ is 1 to 2 mph MAX.

THE PROP I HAVE IS A 9.9 OUT OF 10.

Kinda think I should wait till I really need prop work.

Run 58.50 and was just attempting to push the 183Cx 150 Opti at 60.

Let Mark know all the details of your current set up, and he will give you an honest guess of the results. Like Pat says, speed is just a matter of how much you want to spend

I too often ponder how to eeek that last mile or two out of the rig, but not as often as when I lived north of you Now that I don't have to store the boat for six months out of the year, cabin fever is not so bad.

I've had my 23p Tempest+ Croxtinized... B&B with some cup added... Both Transom & Bow lift noticeably improved.... Pushed my little 181 a tad over 64mhp (GPS) running light & 60-62 day in day out loaded... Highly recommended

Mark repaired (after contact w/gravel bar) and B+B'd a 25 Tempest Plus for me on my old 188Elite,turn around time was fantastic. Prop came back with 2-3 mph and fantastic bow lift!
I still run this prop on my new 198 with fantastic results as well,he will be getting my 25T1 over the winter to work his magic on it! for Mark.
