Over the years, trailers were made by various manufacturers. In 05, I believe they may have been made in-house.

Since moving to Murfreeboro--they are built by Champion. prior to that 2002--they were built by dry dock for a couple years and then EZ loader--in Midway, Ar.
Nope...last year or so, they have been built by MFI. Metal Fabricators, Inc.
I need to check and see who is building them now...
It would be nice and a complete package if Champion would make the plunge and morph into a totally maintenence free(except bearings) aluminum trailer. That'd be the real deal, IMO .![]()

GO BADGERS !!
My 2004 206 trailer and 2006 210 trailer were built right there in the Mufreesboro plant right when you walk into the mfg site as you walk out of the front office.
Are you saying they changed in 2007 ?
My 03 had a fabrique trailer whater, whoever that is. Trailers inc was under my 96 champ and my dads 168 and 184 Champs.
They need to build them out of channel iron again too. Tube trailers are horrible.

Yes, they changed to MFI in 07. My 05 was also built in M'boro.
Channel is now an option ....You can get either tube or channel at no additional cost....

Good deal!
I don't think the axles have anything to do with the trailer, other than they are attached to it. I believe all the axles, bearings, brakes and who-dads are manufactured by UPF.
