David when I bought mine I called R&R and told them I had a champ 183 and they told me this unit has been sold for other champs so it should fit. Well it did: So I don't see why this one that's for sale wouldn't fit in your rig.

I just don't like having to push the rod tips into the holes. I'd rather just have the space open and stack my rods on top of one another. Plus I'm planning on using rod socks at some point and I don't think they would work well with the organizer.

For anyone else not sure about rods fitting into the organizers with sleeves. I have recently switched to all Stick Jacket brand sleeves. They fit into the organizer just fine ...added protection. JFYI
