    What flow-rite system for my 201 ?

I fished a night tourny Sat And had my first problem with my livewells. Stock plumbing was removed prior to me buying boat .I just added the attwood pumps for my livewll pump in and outs and have had a 500 gph pump mounted inside well for recirc. In the Tourny ( I won) I had 2 fish over 5# and a 3lbr 2 other 2 lbers and my big fish started dying on me. This well in the 88 201 is not that big to start so fish that size I think is harder to keep than a newer bigger rig. I added ice early in the tourny to cool my water as I always do when hot.But the fill pump was cutting off. I am going to add a flow -rite system witch would be best for this rig? I was looking at system 3 but cant find a price on them anywhere. BTW I kept the fish alive thanks to some please release me and a spinner bait box to keep adding fresh water, just could not fish the last 2 hours of tourny.

Have you got the front & rear livewells, or a divided livewell behind the seats?

I have front and rear Reggie, but made the front strictly a storage for things.LOL I missplaced the manual I sent you. Does it show a diagram of the stock plumbing for the wells or just electrical ?

Man, those things are like gold!! ... If I'd known you were gonne lose it, I'd woulda stuck in my safe deposti box ...

Just e-mailed you another soft copy. I didn't look, but I don't think it showed the plumbing. If you are going to use just the rear, replace the pumps and disconnect any hoses going to the front livewell. Cap any T fittings or just take them out and replace with a straight piece of PVC. You may have to replace or overhaul the valve to stop any leaking, but that will pretty well have you good to go. Is there an aerator nozzle in the livewell now for the recirculation function? My 90 model had some "Million Bubbles" thingy in it that wasn't worth a crap IMHO ...

I found it, it was put away with my title. Does not show plumbing. Ya mine has that little yeller tube in it that ran from a little red box that I took out it was a ac or dc bubble box LOL. Im a dumb@$% my strainer was clogged up and not letting my pump get enough water to satisfy itself and that was making it blow the little breaker under my switch.I still have to get in there though cause my overfill is dumping into my bilge. Now if I can get a chance to have 2 over 5 in there at the same time again we will see if all works out. Thanks ya'll

Re: What flow-rite system for my 201 ? (Lea)

Trying to baby this thing one more year. And maybe upgrade next year to a newer model with a wider deck and bigger wells. Doin well in the Tournys so far, on our home lake I have won 4 out of 7 Tournys on our very tough lake in Ohio 2nd in 1 and 3rd in the other 2 so maybe if I can win this Championship (new Nitro) I can trade that in on a new Champ. or NEWER anyway. What do you think would be a good tourny rig Lea? Would like to stay with a low to mid 70 mph boat (for runnin for spots on Ohio River)But I have seen places where I dont like the length of my 201 and would trade a few mph for maneuverability in tight shallow places. http://usabassin.com/modules.p...D=148

My division results. Check out these hefty weights

My personal choices for what you ask, would be either the new 202 Elite (19'8" w 95" beam) or the 198CX (same dimensions). Low 70s with the 225. I LOVE mine!!!

Congrats on your tourney results! Great job!!!!
