We need Pat Goff to chime in here....but I have to think your prop is not good.

You need to get an EXACT prop to pad measurement. Trailer on level ground (carpenter level on ground), trailer level using jack to adjust (use carpenter's level on frame), motor trimmed down so cavitation plate is level (also using carpenter level), measure from lowest point of center of pad to ground....(forward of drain and livewell holes), and then measure from center of nose-cone to ground. The difference is the prop-to-pad. I am not trying to be condescending...but many folks don't know exactly how to measure....and even as little as 1/16" makes a huge difference.... "eyeballing" is not good.

Hang in...our folks will get you set...
