Thank's TR TOC had a great time

I fished them all. There will never be an era like the family TOC's this one was good.It was run well, thank's to all who put work into it and donated all the prizes. Its a shame there were only 89 boats.I fished in 1987 there were close to 800 boats. It was free and gas was 40 cents. Those day's are over, but it still gives me a thrill to see just 89 ChampionS on the water ready for take off. Hopefully I will see you there next year.

Dennis, how did you do? We only caught shorts day 1. Day 2 we ran up big Indian past Baxter, hit the channel swing for awhile, 2 legals, caught shorts thereafter. Had an encredible dock bite before the T. Dropping spoons, catching them as quick as I could pitch them. Pre-fishing, my bud could do nothing but hold the boat to the dock and watch, it was that intense and fast. Of course, lost the bite @ T time, couldn't find them again. Should have remembered to fish the points as the corp is dropping the lake.
And the T was conducted well, missed a 520C by one dang draw #!!!!!

We had a great dock bite going also that just died....we probably stuck each other fish and sore mouthed them all! We caught two legal fish where you guys where on that swing on Sat. Had all shorts on Sunday so didn't have any to way. Don't know where the fish went or what we did wrong but there is always next year! You need to stay over a fish hook next year!

Dennis I will stay at FishHook. IM sent. That swing is a very good spot. Is that where you had the dock bite? Mine was in Hideaway cove up the JR arm, most incredible dock bite I've seen in awhile.

Yes it was that arm that we had that dock bite in...we stayed in the area for two days which was probably a mistake.

Yeah, you can fish 30 points run out of time and miss the one point that's holding fish. Hard to find the fish when you don't live on the water.
