Well I was able to get her wet today. I am more than pleased. Drove around for a couple hours just running around and getting a feel for her. Serious upgrade from what I had. Can't wait to get fish finders mounted and put the little touches on that make it mine.

Where do I mount the transducer?

What kind of transducer? For side imaging? Or just regular. If regular, it's best mounted in the hull.

Currently I have an 859 DI, tolling motor transducer and an as360 to mount in the bow. Going to get an 899 or 898 for the console and that is the one that will be mounted to the rear of the boat.

I bought a Transducer and Shield Saver bracket that will right to the Slidemaster jack plate
