Help, I pulling my hair out!!!

I just hooked up a trollbridge and combiner 100 on my boat. After I got through, I was going to charge my batteries. When I went to check to see if they were charged, my charger was hot and one battery was showing fully charged and the other was showing fully discharged. I unhooked all wires to my two trolling batteries except for the charger wires. When I plugged in the charger it shows both batteries fully charged, but when I hook everything back up it shows one fully charged and one fully discharged. What have I done wrong?

check the output of the charger and see if all the banks are puttin out the same or close.....if they are and its still not workin right check the batterys.....dont jsut check the voltage...load test them too...one might have had a cell go bad........if nothing else contact Ann-Marie at Trollbridge and she can get it figured out
