Is there a place that makes the hand holds that go down by the floor of the boat? The kind that the passenger would hold with their right hand. Like a molded plastic handle? And how would I attached it to my '98 203?

C&O can get you the proper mounting hardware out with the handle of your choice. Since your boat is a rear tank model i would imagine yo could just secure it with some sealant and SS screws that would not get back into the livewells (IE purty good sized).
