Anyone here ever tried making tackle more specifically soft plastics?
It's kind of cool catching fish on baits that you have made with your own bare hands....but if your time is worth more than lets say $3.00 an hour...you won't be really saving anything...LOL
The really cool part is being able to do all the "one off" colors that you get to make that are only for you....

I re-paint crank paits, but have not tried, nor will I try to do plastics. There is nothing wrong with it, its just not my thing. I have an IWATA airbrush and pump, and just sand down beaten ones, fill in the cracks or bite marks, and then just start painting. I am shut down at this time due to a move, but hopefully by the end of summer I will have a new booth set up and spraying away.
