Was happy to see my dealer still has XD50 for 14.88 gal. Was at my dealer today again, to take them a jack plate. Bought 5gal. of XD50 and noticed the price for XD100 is 21.95.( 6-20-04) I also got the last of the drum of XD50, bet it won't be the same when I go back for my rig next week.

ya compared to the 47 dollars a gallon im spendin on xd100.good thing motta dont burn much of it.
Well from the comments lately BRP, "may" be recommending the XD50 even for E-Tecs, no official notice has been posted but I've read in this forum that ""sales-reps"" have been saying that. That would be a relief for you guys.

I don't think anyone is recommending XD50 over XD100, I think they are recommending the XD50/TCW3 EMM setting for 20" high engine height installations for additional engine protection. XD100 will still perform better in keeping carbon out over XD50, but will be burnt at the same ratio in these applications.
