    Question DELETE: LADDER FOUND: WTB: Boarding Ladder Stratos PRO 275 XL

    Have a 2004 Stratos PRO 275 XL and in need of a boarding ladder. I have seen some of the original boarding ladders that came on the Stratos line and they have a 'grab rail' that is actually a part of the ladder. There are a number of other ladders available that will fit my rig but I cannot find one with a grab rail.
    Anyone? They seem to be hard to find...

    Have you call C &O Marine ....they have a lot of stuff and parts for Stratos

    Someone had to manufacture these ladders for Stratos. I just can't find out who that was. Seems as many say they do not like the ladder on their boats, no one will part with one.
    Frustrating......

    Well, it appears the C&O thing is NOT working out. Called twice, emailed and no replies. After many, many months searching I am begining to believe finding an OEM boarding ladder is impossible.
    OEM meaning one with the grab rails.

    Call the Ranger factory and check with their parts department - they offer one for their boats,and it may work on yours, too.

    Try call Bass Pro Shop , the ones that sell boats . I see a Nitro around your year model boat at the lake today with a ladder ..it was a FS model boat and a tab smaller than your boat ?

    Thank YOU! That might just work. My rig has that crazy 'W' transom configuration so, hard to find one with the 'offsets' that will mount on it. Handrail, a must - not an option. LOL, I would love to be able to get on the ladder and have something I could actually pull myself up and out of the water.
    If, God forbid, being thrown overboard, likely to be tired getting to the boat, or cold during fall and winter months - I know the real dangers of hypothermia, really need to get out of the water quickly yet safely!

    Good thought, but tried that. Yes, they 'manufacture Stratos now BUT, they really don't support prior years of the boats. I did find one or two folks at Ranger who did work for Stratos prior to the absorption into 'Ranger' but, they are hard to find and just can't recall the 'where and when'.

    Good LORD! C&O thinks they found one BUT, $440 for a boarding ladder!!! I don't think so.............'Part's Mom' kinda let me down on this one..........
