Hydrolic Fluid Leak.

My friend has a 1995 or 1996 Johnson 130hp motor. The hydro. fluid is leaking pretty good form the screw ,or plug. any advise, or what is the matter with it, it is very weak to lift almost to the point of not lifting,

Replace the o-ring and plug, add fluid if needed and bleed the system.
