I have. Take the rub rail off, drill the rivets out and find alot of help and few good hanging points.
was it bonded at the transom like some of the other boats I have read about?
Just lots of silicoln and a small amount of fiberglass sheeting at the top.
cool, I am sure I will be spliting my some time since it looks like my outside stringers are rotten and I know one of the inside ones is wet. you have any pics of when you opened it up?
