Morning folks, I'm headed to look at, and hopefully pick up, my new 2013 skeeter fx20 Wednesday. It has the 250sho. Any insight on what to look for that may be common to skeeter? Are there any particular issues with the boat or motor? Thanks in advance.
If it's new at the dealership make sure they put oil in it. Not trying to be a smart azz but there are some out there that are so accustomed to the 2 strokes it slips their mind.

It's used. It has 167 hours.
Make sure the 10 and the 100 hr service was done on time and also make sure the oil was changed before being put up for the winter. Other than that you should be fine as I am assuming that it is still under warranty.

I agree, it's only 1600. That's pennies compared to a new power head or lower unit,
