Does the vro have to be conected for motor to run? E150STL069 1988.
Installed check valves and still rough idle may have a hose hook up wrong does all cv hose go togeather. And isnt solinoid supose to pump gas when you hold down the key its clicking but no gas.?

Yes.
The recirc hoses From the bottom carbs looking from the front. Right (stbd) side and left (port) go into a 4 way T, one recic line ties into the left side of the #3/4 intake. Right side plugs into the # 1/2 intakes all are under the carbs.
