How to mount power pole to 1998 Blazer 202. I got one for the holidays and when I went to mount it there is very little if any room. I know they have brackets but they are very expensive and there are alot of choices does any one have an idea or what bracket they use?

I would get the bracket. If you dont you end up having to drill some pretty good size holes in your transom. Had mine installed at the local ranger dealer and installation was not too expensive. If you do it yourself, you have to add some hydraulic fluid to the reservoir after you use it in the water a few times. You cant purge it by doing it on the trailer
I agree there is very little room in the bilge area in a 202 barely had room to mount my charger. I would get the bracket
I had a mount made by a friend out of 1/2 aluminum off the jack plate. I called power pole and they had to make a special bracket for the blazer. They wanted 200 dollars and four weeks. I paid 150 and he mounted it. The pump fit is tight but found room over the charger using an L bracket mounting under the battery. Works great looks great and just in time for the beds to start coming here in TOHO.
