I mean overall quality, thickness, etc.....?
I think it's pretty thick and good quality..!! The only problem i'm having is i have a brand new boat and the carpet is coming up already in numerous places... Other than having to take care of this problem, GREAT !!..
After close to 2 years, I've got some spots that don't want to fluff back up with a pressure washing (high traffic areas). Mine is a very light gray, so it's going to show wear worse than most. I haven't had any problems with any spots coming unglued. I did have thicker carpet in a '95 Cobra that held up pretty well, I don't think the Blazer carpet will hold up quite as well. I'd put the Blazer carpet on par with most boats I see though. If they offered an upgrade of thicker carpet (maybe even padded deck) I would have paid for it...
The one thing that Blazer needs to change is they need molded carpet edges. JMO
It just does not seem as thick to me as some other mfrs.... but the one thing I really notice is hooks seem to get hung in it real bad as compared to other boats I have had..... may just be me though !!
I have had my boat for right at a year now. The only problems i have with the carpet is where it is stitched around the edges. Other than this i have had zero problems with the carpet. If i could change one thing on the boat i would put a piece of trim around the edges of the carpet to take care of this problem.
God bless and tight lines.

a quick tip guys.. I took a lighter all around the edge of the carpet and burned off the fuzz and it looks much better. just run across it pretty fast to keep it from burning..

I have to agree with the others in that the edges come loose too easily. I am going to have to install some type of trim before it all comes up.
I've had to re-glue the entire front deck last year. The only thing holding it down was the Fish Finder and the trolling motor pedal. The only reason I can come up with is that I usually fish late in the year and sometimes the carpet will be a block of ice by the end of the day. I've been looking for some carpet trim for the edges at local marinas. The edges look bad.
More than likely I'll have the entire boat re-carpeted in a few years.

Great in the middle. The edges and around the hot foot leave a little to be desired. The carpet is seperating and should have been protected with a border. You pay good money for these boats you should get quality flooring.
