Problem with Hydraulic Piston on motor trim.

Rusty, We put a ml-65 Jackplate on today and it seems that the hydrualic piston on the trim of the motor is now leaking. this is not the jackplate but the piston for the motor. I notice a little line of fluid on the piston and a couple drops on the floor. My question is, did I blow a seal and have to bring it right in or is this something I should keep an eye on. Thanks

I would have it fixed now before water gets in the trim unit.

What do you think it will cost to repair the piston?

If its a fast trac trim the seal kit is 49.80 and would take about 2 hours to install.
