I would try a 25 Tempest. I don't know about your jack plate height bot I think with that motor if everything is good you could see mid to high 60's
24 Fury, 23 Trophy or 24/23 Tempest depending.
23 Trophy, and watch rpms. We ran an 89 Sabre with a 95 model Mariner 175 Magnum EFI for years. "Back in the day" (circa 1998-2000) one angler and gear, with dual rear tanks, that scalded Cat routinely clipped 73, with proper set up. Had to re-learn how to drive it.
But that was then, when the engine didn't have the years on it. Mid to upper 60s could be done if everything is in good/very good condition. The Trophy was "da bomb" on our set up, with a very respectable holeshot.
