Going through the same thing myself, about 10 weeks further along (second time in 2 years) . The more therapy, the quicker you get back to normal.

When I had my knee done, we called the ladies PHYSICAL TERRORIST, instead of therapist. They like to make you hurt![]()

That's a Big 10-4 they put me threw the ringer today!![]()
Good luck! Been there a dozen times - no kiddin'. PT - Pain and Torture. The only thing good about my PT was my therapist. She was good looking and also liked to fish. Got her into Froggin' - imagine that. At least we had something to talk about besides the pain. Work hard and you will see the results down the road.

BTW - I managed to put LED lights in all my compartments while recovering. I had 8 weeks off work and could work at it about 30-45 minutes a day before the pain got too bad.
Thanks for all the support and advice guys![]()
to all of you!
Jim hang in there I have a friend that has had surgey twice on the same knee and he got around pretty quick..The "torture" I mean thearpy is the key to a quicker recovery...I haven't had a knee done but a shoulder/rotator cuff and so I know a little about the torture I mean therapy part of it too...Good Luck!
