I replaced the power pack and the optical sensor as a pair brand new. She popped right off immediately
I cannot tell you how patient John (rusty) has been as well as Reeda (parts chick). Even when I really felt bad about calling I would get told it is no problem, if this don't work don't hesitate, call back . They had nothing to gain from this but selling a few parts yet both of them worked tirelessly to ensure I was taken care of.
