My new boat sits in my drive way, the weather has broke a bit( still pretty cool) my son has install a new 5 wire plug on my tow rig, and i sit here at work DYING for my FIRST drive. AND to top it all off, the birthday party for my step daughter has been move up so i have no time after work.

i am bound and determined to get out if nothing more than a few mins. even if it is close to dark. i got a good excuse, i do need to check out the Stan Sloan black light and all four jacks. i know the lake is gonna be crazy tomorrow, crappie masters are here and a huge dollar big bass bash. been a while since i have seen so many bass boats on the road. which come to think of it, should be a good reason to hook to mine and tow it to town to the birthday part so these folks round here can a real neat boat.

I would find a way to get that thing on the water. Take it to the party and sneak out a little early. IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!!

oh yea i know they got the head light. i am not worried about that. cant run them on LOZ except to dock. water patrol will give you a ticket. there are enough docks with docks lights, it is never really dark.

my son has already driven it up to 65, lil gobber, i may just get some beers, have a good martarita at the birthday party and let him take me out for a ride in it and me play with all the gadgets and switches...

on second thought, beer after i drive then he can have an other turn.
