    Evinrude Mate 2hp

Curious to know how to remove the nylon hub from the prop to install a new shear pin. I have tried to bump the hub out thru the 2 holes at the tip of the prop but it will not budge. No corrosion, trash, burrs, or adhesives seen on the aluminum prop. I know it cant be that hard to take one off ... I mean this is a shear pin ???

LOL ....... Obviously you guys dont know the feel of Real Horse Power out there. I will take my 1971 2hp against any looper out there .... if I could just get that little nylon hub out of my prop .... Oh well, I am gonna take it to the dealer tomorrow and see what they say, I just figured I would give a bulletin board a try first.

Yea, I think I talked to Rusty during this past duck season off of Old Hickory. He is quite fella and seems to like the older models. He had an eye on my old 67 evinrude 18hp on the back of my arkansas traveller. I may take you up on that suggestion. Thanks for the reply.
