Replacing 99 FICHT 200hp with 01 Ocean Pro 200hp. Questions...

Hi guys, I currently own a blown 99 200hp Evinrude FICHT. I'm going to install a completely remanufactured 01 Johnson Ocean Pro 200hp Carb motor in its place. I have a few questions...

Will all my controls and gauges from my 99 FICHT work with the carbed 01 Johnson?
Do I need a new oil tank for the Johnson?
Since my FICHT has an oil return coming out of it and from my understanding the Johnson doesn't? Its a one way oil connection correct?

Next question is about the choke/primer. Since my FICHT was FI, it didn't have a choke. How do I go about hooking this up? From my understanding is you push the key in to activate the choke? So do I need a new ignition panel?

All controls and harness will work, remove the oil return line and cap the fitting at the oil tank.

The harness you have will work for the choke.
