Because Spike retweeted the address? If that is your reasoning for him being arrested, then everybody who retweeted the adress should be arrested, not just Spike Lee

Yes, anyone that tweeted the address should be arrested for endangerment in my opinion. How would you feel if it were your home and you had to relocate due to fear for your life and bounty on the resident?

Why do you think these people were tweeting the address - for fun and giggles - sheesh man there is a bounty on the guy that is being accused.

I think we agree in essence - the fact that the elderly couple are suffering is BS and that was my whole motive for thinking about the arrest part.

Thats about as dumb a statement as I have read. Spike lee has a huge fan base. He tweeted to a much larger base of people than the tweet to than the average bear. In other words he has influence over a very large base people. When you have that type of power you should be a little smarter than what he was. These people could be lynched and killed by a angry mob. Of course Spike Lee would share in the responsiblilty of there death had that occured. Then, to turn around and say you would kill the mob of people......................WOW! Pure genious!

Since the President stuck his nose it this mess before it was out of hand with "if I had a son he would look like him". Maybe he should now stick his nose back in and tell the media to step up to real reporting and the Panthers, Sarpton, Jackson etc...to back the fork off and let the United States Justice Sytem work.

Where is Americas positive leadership on this subject before we have out and out rioting????
