    Beauty in simplicity

    Behold the Zoom Super Fluke...

It just may be the perfect bait. I was throwing the 4" junior size in pearl today and fell into a pod of 3 lb class bass. They beat the snot out of this thing. What a blast I had for a while. Old school bank fishing with nothing but a pack of flukes, a pair of needle nose pliers and some extra 3/0 hooks

Say what you will about the Senko, this is another bait you can't rig wrong or fish wrong. The action on these things is ridiculous. This bait will always be in my ever shrinking tackle bag

Uhh, actually no...I ripped the pic from Zoom's site. I don't bite them back.

That's the ugliest, most non-catching bait ever made. Don't lie to these people like this!!!

Fished a fluke a few times and never yet caught a fish on it.

    Re: Beauty in simplicity (bilgerat)

Glad you caught them well with it...but you CAN rig them wrong .

My guess is, if you had only a bag of senko type baits with you instead of the flukes...this post would have been about senkos...and it's way harder to rig a senko wrong than a fluke...
