Gotta love hail storms........

Wife's car has been in the body shop for almost 3 weeks getting fixed from the hail storm last May that caused almost $8000.00 in damage to it and now as I am picking up my daughter at school in Bridgeport we had a few minutes of marble to golf ball sized hail drop down on us. Just bought the truck 2 weeks ago plus a new car for my older daughter about a month ago. There was a small Chevy in front of me that looked like a golf ball so I can only imagine how mine is gonna look. I am hoping not too bad on the 2 new rides but its raining too hard to really see how bad the damage is right now. Insurance agent is gonna hate me.

Boat is currently in the shop, so truck is in the garage wohooo. Sorry to hear that mark but we need this wet weather.

Yep, I will happily take all the rain. We need a LOT of it. Besides these things happen, not much you can do about it anyway. That being said they are calling for 6-8" of rain in the next 36hrs.

Mark I didn't realize you lived in Bridgeport I always thought you were closer to Fork........I just moved to WF about 2 months ago and having been hearing Lake Bridgeport is my best option with Arrowhead being second.......and I heard Bridgeport has smallies in it

Sorry to hear that about your cars. But that is how I make a living on other peoples misfortunes. I can feel your pain I had to fix my own truck 3 days after I bought it.There are a lot of PDR (paint-less dent removal) guys out there. Just check on the bigger dents to make sure the paint is no cracked then it would have to be painted.

I usually fish Fork more than I do Bridgeport. Fork is 2 1/2hrs awy nd Lake Bridgeport is 10 minutes from my door.......I love the lake and have fished it for 15-20 years now. I just prefer east Texas lakes better. I will IM you my number. I will take you out on Bridgeport and show you the lake. Great little fishery. not a lot of big fish but you will catch a ton of fish. great lake if you like crankbaits and jigs. I have a 6.6lb smallie out of there.

Shorts and flip flops one day and insulated clothes the next. Springtime is crazy here. Thrown in the constant high winds and the tornado threats and its a blast. Welcome to Texas and if you don't like the weather just wait 10 minutes cause its gonna change anyway.

On a serious note I truly love Texas and could not imagine living anywhere else. I am not from here but I got here as fast as I could and its home.
