    Merc Warranty?

I've got the 5 year warranty on my motor. My understanding is you can add that other 2 years as long as you are in that 5 year window, what is the cost for those extra 2 years?

Send Don a IM at European Marine, he will need your serial # and he will get pricing. You can find Don in the Merc 3 liter forum.

This is the way it works guys. Three standard years from Mercury of bumper to bumper, two free years on everything but electric componets, u can upgrade the two free years to bumper to bumper for about 250.00. Then if you want two more for a total of seven years of bumper to bumper it's another 1850.00. You have threw the first year to make your choice, the second year and on is a 250.00 surcharge to upgrade..You are converting every thing from Gold coverage to Platinum coverage.

Wish they would o it the old fashion way because a lot of people think they have bumper to bumper for the full five years.
