The way it works here
Pay for a Constable to deliver eviction notice...Get date with court house if they are not out by that date..The judge will give them another date..If not out by then you have the police respond and then you have to pay a bonded mover and put all items in the apartment into a bonded storage unit for up to 2 years

WOWafter the writ is issued in florida its put everything on the curb and after 24 hours you can trash it.............
