    Fish attractant

I have seen a few pro's using a product on swim baits that looks to be a paste. It looks like a toothpaste tube. Every time I have seen it they have had the label palm down so you can't see it. Does anyone know what this is?

Is that stuff as good as everyone says? I've heard the old school stuff like Smelly Jelly is even better.

There will always be a debate as to whether attractant works or not. One thing paste type attractant is good for without a doubt is it helps your plastics slide through grass, pad stems and other vegetation easily. For example, ribbon tail worms wrap around things and get stuck easily. Lubing them up helps stop this
