What Florida lake...

I am heading down to Florida on Thursday for a few days. I am meeting up with a friend to fish for 1 day.. He winters near Tavares, and gave me 3 options for lakes to fish.. Harris Chain, John's Lake near Clermont or a 700 acre lake near Tavares( might be a private lake) My mind says Harris chain, but looking for other opinions.. Any Florida guys have any input??

depends on if you have ever seen florida lakes.............me personally, I would go 700 acre private for easy fishing and I I grew up fishing lakes like tha tin central florida so it would be fun to do it again. But for you I would say the harris chain it is world famous, has amazing scenery and is huge so that would be a cool expereince in itself regardless of if you catch anything

john's or private, fished johns b4 very nice, hasnt been prioducing as heavy, tho id say either of the 3 ur fishing good to go

Any bad decision will be hindsight anyway...just go fish and have fun...(hint...did you see the pics of the fish caught from Harris posted a few days ago?...just sayin )

Johns lake is not a private lake. It is a good small lake to fish. I hear Harris is fishing well right now,b it is a large body of water..
