Iran should be afarid very afraid, Israel will do what they believe needs to be done and when it needs to be done without asking permission and the Arab world will continue to hate them.

Isreal was the nation that owned the entire middle east, The arab nations took control over their lands until Isreal's rebirth as a nation around 1968 only claiming part of their original lands.

No, but by my logic, everyone would be responsible for their own actions.
And Netanyahu will kick Iran's azz if it's necessary without a moments hesitation. No matter who backs him. If you really pay attention, though, Syria is about the only ally Iran has. The Soviets and China are nice to the Iranians, but if the fit hits the shan, they won't move a finger.

Off subject just saying. The liberalization came about after OR gave estrogen the right to vote, and only did so to gain state hood.

Really you have No clue do you. Israel has been under attack since 1948 and then before that. Israel became a nation again in 1948 and that started the clock. Israel don't need us just look at the 6 day war. Please read history before you look real bad. Oh one more qustion. do your know were the muslim religion came from?

Sorry NC519VX and Bassmeister but if I want to read fairy tales I can find others that are better written and more entertaining. As far as worrying about how my life might be affected by one group's invisible man over another group's invisible man, I have a lot better things to do, like watching the grass grow.

Finally coachallen, yes I really know what I am talking about. Not only do I read history, I read all history not just from one perspective. The current state of Israel would have disappeared long ago if it was not for the military assistance provided to it by the USA, the UK, and other western nations. Yes they can defend themselves now without assistance but without the Cold War and our desire to confront the USSR every chance we could, the Arabs would have conquered Israel long ago.
You all are very free to support your opinions but I choose to not agree with them or the policy of this country to unilaterally support the state of Israel. I believe that here in the USA we have as many Christian and Jewish fundamentalists that frighten me as there are Muslim fundamentalists in the Middle East that frighten me. The one thing they all have in common is they all want to control how I think and live my life. That's why I believe ALL organized religion is extremely dangerous!!!

Don't think Iran will be alone if any attack was taken by anyone. Pakistan already has a nuclear weapon that can be "leveraged".
No country there should have nuclear weapons period, including Israel, but that is another discussion....

Iran WILL be alone. The only REAL ally they have is Syria. Sure the other Arab nations talk big, but Egypt, Saudis, etc., don't like Iran. Ahmadinejad talks with China and Russia, but don't look for them to help when the fit hits the shan. Syria will be too busy with its own internal problems to off much help.

I think your right. The dude in Iran is a nut job and the other Arab countries don't really like but they are too scared to say anything to him.
I really think most countries over there would like peace but do not know how to get it since they have been fighting for thousands of years
