Mine is a hunk of steel (mushroom shape) with a rope on the end.....depending on the length of rope it can be a shallow or deep water anchor

Here is mine on my aluminum boat. It is a piece of 2 inch schedule 40 PVC attached to the trolling motor with hose clamps. I drilled holes in the PVC to run the clamps thru. I have an 8-10 foot piece of 1" schedule 40 PVC that I run thru it and tap in with a rubber mallet for bed fishing etc... Probably look better if I paint it black.

I've had one of those for years. Keep it in a plastic bucket so I don't get mud in the boat and the rope wrapped around a cord winder....high tech redneck.

NICE! I am having a 10' Blade installed but I was considering one of the pole types for the bow. I wonder what dia. rod would hold well enough without flexing enough to break? Making a bracket for it to slip through should be fairly easy.

A rock and a rope ........ That's the way we do it in Mississippi

I had a telescoping shooting stick. I'd tie off to it. It got lost so now it a mushroom and a rope.
