    Ignored no longer

I posted a couple of weeks ago about not getting any response from BRP about my motor problems. I finally spoke to BRP this past Friday. The discussion went well, and so far the response was good. I have an appointment tomorrow to have my boat looked at and BRP is promising to have her fixed by the end of the week.

I will report the verdict on Friday. Thanks to all who helped. I doubt I would have received a response when I did if not for this board.

Just for the record, I love my 225HO; she is fast, quite and fuel efficient. I really expect my problem is going to be a minor once it is finally diagnosed. It is the first problem I have had with this motor, and trust me, she has been run. I have taken good care of her, but she has been run for the past two years.

I think they will take care of you. Things like this, I reitterate happen because not enough dealers care about their techs having the training they need to work on these engines. That's why I take the time to drive 3 hours to Nashville to see Rusty. He among some of the others on this board, KNOWS these engines and strive to learn all they can. JMHO
