I've been watching a motorguide machete aluminum prop all day.........back and forth with the bidding, so I put a max bid of $27.00 on it with like $7 shipping. not a bad deal........I was winning all day. Guy kept raising his bid, but with my max at $27 - I was good.........kept just pushing my bid higher than his.

well, it got down to 2 seconds left and I was outbid - but some guy that hadn't bid on it all day!

all I can do is sit here and laugh....sumbitch.....

they have programs that put the bid in for you right at the last second. Thats how i used to get the stuff i needed before ebay prices pretty much became retail.

When I bid, I wait until late and put in the highest number I am willing to pay. No regrets if I dont get it, even if missed by a few cents. Another similar item is sure to come along.

thats the only way I ever win a bid on ebay, wait until the last second bidding early just runs the price up.. the only good deals on there is for chit mislabeled or nobody wants

Do a google search for "ebay misspellings" and try one of those sites out. I've found some good deals doing this.

Sounds like something I'd do I always bid at the last second, unless I'm not gonna be around for the ending time ,then I just put in a max bid.
