She is still here, Ryan...she posted on Ed Metzger's thread a few days ago. Sue may not work for Guest anymore, but she's still part of the BBC family.![]()

Serieously.....I remember her going through some tought times but man......GLAD she's still here!!!
That's weird...I was thinking about her just yesterday. Someone posted a question about which charger to buy and of course Guest came to mind. I looked in the sponsors forum and didn't see any charger company as a sponsor so......I didn't answer their question.Sue D is the best....we always had a couple of guest chargers to give away at our rallies.

Life is kinda hard but it's
better than the other options .. er ..option !
Sadly, Linda is no longer with Lowrance...
Linda helped me more than once! She was the best customer service person I have ever had to deal with....EVER! I miss the comfort of knowing I can call her with any problems. Hope she's doing well. Anyone know??

because sometimes good people dont follow company policy,![]()
this is not about anyone in particular, just a thought on why some people are gone
a small gift sent to your friendly customer service rep seems like a nice little thing. at the end of the year when there could be $1000's of dollars of missing inventory, a good cs rep could have $1000's of gifts. see the problemthe company has set policies for a reason, it automatically takes care of these things

Some never get it. Like the equipment dealer who let his best salesman go because he was making too much money in commissions.

Actually they reduce their pay or commission structure. That happened to me but I figured out how to make the new pay plan work FOR ME and wound up making more money on that new pay structure.![]()
