how many rods??

I use to have 18 I then realized that I always used the same 4 or 5.
So I have cut my combos down to 5.
If I cant catch fish with that then I need to find another hobby

I keep from 8 to 10 depending on if I am carrying my muskie rod and/or a crappie rod along with my bass rigs.

When I fish tournaments out of my partners boat I try to keep it down to 4 or 5 depending on the time of year and the patterns the bass are on.

Usually 12 or so, but usually end up only using 2 more than likely.

Depends on the body of water I will be fishing and the patterns that are working at that time. I will usually have a couple rods rigged with similar baits with different sizes and colors. That being said I will carry as few as 8 and as many as 14.
