No they are not both fishing. The first tie breaker is the biggest stringer. If they tied in that respect then it would go to the number of fish caught. If that was a tie as well then they would both be allowed to fish.

Sorry to disappoint the myriad of haters, KVD DID NOT bump Ike to the Basscat booth. He was ahead of him after day one.
Just a quick question for the haters, could you post your highest position when you fished the Classic? Oh, sorry, you can't. You've never fished it.
