Good eating places around Shreveport/ Bossier CIty?

Can anyone that lives around Shreveport tell me some good places to eat while I'm in town for the Classic? I want to eat at some awesome local places that I cant eat at home.

Joe's Crab Shacks are all over the U.S though.

Blind Tiger and Jan's River Restaurant are my two favorite places in the area. Jan's is a little bit farther from the casinos but it has great catfish and shrimp.

Longhorn Steakhouse, Superior, and Copeland's are good too.

Most of the places at the boardwalk are crappy chains. Saltgrass is probably the best. They'll all be crowded. Ralph and Kackoo's is ok. Joe's Crabshack will be just like all the others. Blind Tiger is ten times better for seafood.

Go to Ralph & Kacoo's near Bass Pro Shops. Great Creole & Cajun style seafood & steaks. You will not be dissapointed

If the one in Shreveport is as good as the one in New Orleans, you do NOT want to miss their great Cajun food.
