Waterproofing bibs/parka?

My current rainsuit has been starting to leak slightly and was wondering if there's anything I can buy to help waterproof it better. Thanks.

Wlamart sells a silicone spray in the camping section.

Walmart sells some scotch guard spray stuff, usually around the tents, that works great....
