tilt/trim switch

My tilt/trim switch for my 1997 johnson seems to be hooped.From the remote throttle switch it will trim down but not up.From the engine cowl switch it will trim normally both ways,so it looks like the remote switch is the problem.Are these easy to change and does anyone know a part #?Not quite sure how to open up the throttle to get a look at it.It is an OMC throttle set up......Thanks for any help.

It kinda looks as though the end of the throttle lever where the switch is has a little tab that could be popped open....am I on the right track?......thanks PT
