    BBQ Baked Beans

Got a new dutch oven today and I'm breaking it in on some BBQ baked beans on the Egg.....man they smell good...I'm starting to think I should have cooked more of them and I haven't even tried them yet.

The beans taste excellent, they are a bit sweeter than I like so next time I make them I'm going to cut the brown sugar in half and then I think they'll be just right....it's a nice mix of sweet and spicy.

Not even squirting fluid....I dump the charcoal in and drop 1 of the starter cubes in it...push the charcoal over the top of the cube and let her rip for a bit....close the lid, adjust my dampers and relax until it's up to temp. After it's set that's it the temps are stable and don't change.

hope you only used 239 beans. You don't want them to be 240.
