My Water PSI Gauge Doesnt Work, I removed the Tube from the Gauge and it is still stuck at 13 PSI, is the gauge Broken?

Also, My tilt and TRim Gauge does not work, What do I need to do to fix this?

Blow some air through the tube to make sure it isn't pluged up, if not new gauge time. For the TnT check the white/tan trace wire to the gauge or plug from the control box and the ground with an ohm meter and have somebody move the sending unit arm if you have continuity then a bad gauge if not bad sender. About $90. for a new one.
