Not quite ready to proclaim them there yet. But they do look SCARY good. I thought Syracuse looked good today, then I saw the Cat's tonight. They're playing better than anyone I've seen right now. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a UK fan.

USC was just completely blown off the floor tonight. Cats looked scary good but I am a bit afraid they are peaking a little too early in the season.

I personally loved the "Go Big Blue" chant that was loud enough to be heard over the TV broadcast in the 2nd half. Did I mention the game was at USC. Nobody travels like the Big Blue Nation.

Two years ago, yes a choke. Last year, a Final Four beating Ohio St. (#1 overall) and UNC? I don't call that choking. UCONN beat them by 1 to go to the Final.

They didn't play a great team tonight, but when you beat a major conference, DI team at their place, in the manner UK did, that's saying something. I don't know if you watched the game, but UK had Vargas and Twanny Beckham in with 10 min left in the 2nd half. The walk-ons were trying to get in with 3:45 left. They could have beaten South Carolina by 50 tonight.

Ohio St only beat South Carolina by 8 earlier this year.
