I can move the section up the page, but one section has to be at the bottom......some won't be happy that I displaced their section for the Swap & Sell section.

How about leaving it where it's at but add a link in the top forum group for the swap/sell forum. That way no one gets displaced. I'm only asking because it seems to be one of the more popular forums.
