Dobyn's Swimbait Rods

What is the key differences between a Dobyn's Mike Long Swimbait 795MLSB and the Dobyn's Champion Swimbait 795SBMT? Is it just handle length?

I think it is, but if you email them or call the shop they'll be glad to tell you. Easiest rod company in the world to communicate with.

I have both rods. You are correct on the handle lenght. Gary built that rods specifically for the Punker. He actually nicknames it the punker rod.

Funny story about that rod. Gary was using the 795ML to work the punker. The handle kept stabbing his fat ass gut so he made one with a shorter handle. True story. :) If you see him tell him T Mike told ya :)

I have been throwing a A-rig with the 795SBMT the past two trips now. The shorter handle works well with the cranking action of the A-rig. Very nice rod!

O and I have one in stock if you need one....
