Black & grn pumkin.......nothin fancy
greens always seem to work good and green pumpkin too
Living on Lake Guntersville, I throw a frog a LOT every year.About 75% of the time I am throwing a black frog. The only other color I use is a brown.I started throwing Sumo frogs several years ago and that is the only frog I will throw now. They will cast a mile and once you get a bass hooked they keep them on.I just like the hook design and weight placement. They are actually made out of pvc that is somehow made soft so they last a long time. The main thing to think about with a frog is the fact that you want the bass to be able to see the dark image above them against the light from the sky.The darker colors have worked great for me.Another little tip that most know about and use is to insert worm rattles into the frog.I have confidence in glass rattles over metal ones.I also trim most of the skirt/legs off.I usually leave about an inch or less.Hope this helps.Good Luck and Good Fishing.
Really god into the frogs last year. Threw black zoom and white zoom. Going to be using Manns next year... look deadly.![]()
Watermelon red/ pearl.![]()
Doesn't matter to me as long as the belly is white.

White and black bellies everything else is just to make it look pretty for the buyers not the ones trying to consume it.
Spro Bronzeye in Midnight Walker (AKA Black). Or Black Widow.
Bar none Jackall Iobee is best frog i've thrown, can't beat Brown either for color
Ribbitts works for me , silver belly, w/ red flake on top use 2 hook set up
Spro Bronzeye in Rainforest black
cant believe no one has said the snag proof ish phat frog..
Spro in either Midnight Walker or Albino
For hollow body frogs I switched from SPRO to Koppers and I find I get a better hook up and more bites. I will still use the SPRO popping frog in more open water. I like to keep the colors pretty standard, Black, Brown, and White. For solid body frogs I pretty much use the Zoom Toad or the Reaction Innovation Trixie Shark. For colors it is Watermelon Red, Pumpkin, and White.

Trixie Shark by Reaction Innovations.... Bad Shad Green is a awesome color. 5/0 hook with a plastic screw in head and you can drag this thing over some heavy cover!!!!
If you want a pig, flip a jig!!!
Phat frog too long for the fish down here. If I had to pick a snag proof it'd b bobby perfect frog. It's a good all around frog

To be honest I had the best luck on a Live Target frog (biggest size they have) in a black/yellow belly pattern. I switched over to the larger size this year and I have done very well on them!
