UPS is killing me

I usually have great service from UPS, guy comes by my house around 10-10:30 in the morning when he has a delivery for me. Yesterday I ordered a new iMAC off of Amazon to use up a bunch of gift cards I got through a work reward. I'm an Amazon Prime member so I got free shipping, but paid the extra $4 to get it here today. I wanted to have it here for the weekend so I could start messing around editing all our old home movies.

Track it this AM...left out on a truck at 7 AM for delivery today. Here it is, 4:19 PM and still no UPS truck. I'm gonna be ticked if it doesn't get here today. Any other time they deliver like clockwork.

Nope...now it's been updated to deliver on Monday. Time to email Amazon for a refund on the extra shipping. Still ticked off...messed up my weekend plans.

in pvc, and still the trigger got broken on the reel seat, and some how they beat the ceramic out of the tip (smashed a little). Rod was packaged well, actually better than i ship em', and I usually don't have any problems, knock on wood. of course i usually ship usps. I don't think it's got anything to do w/the carrier, more the lack of care from individual workers.
